IPBES in Denmark was established in the fall of 2016 as part of the international IPBES network. The Danish coordination office is part of the international IPBES network, which consists of 147 nations, including Denmark. The purpose of IPBES is to strengthen the link between research and policy regarding biodiversity and ecosystem services.
